“Bells” Package

Includes:

• Up to 2 hour long initial visit, including a history and physical, collection of labs, an individualized plan for optimizing your health in pregnancy, and a welcome gift basket.

• Prenatal visits in your home, each lasting up to 1 hour 

• Attendance of a licensed midwife and trained birth assistant at your labor and birth

• Use of birth pool for labor and/or waterbirth

• Immediate postpartum and newborn care, including any emergency medications or measures, and full newborn exam/procedures

• Postpartum visits at: 24-48 hours, 1 week, and 6 weeks

• Postpartum Ceremony at 6-week visit (optional)

• Newborn care and testing: newborn exam, weight checks, collection of newborn metabolic screen, heart defect and hearing screens.

*Labwork and Ultrasound are paid separately or by your insurance.

“Whistles” Package

Includes:

• Everything in the “Bells” Package

• Doula Services during labor

• 6-week long Childbirth Education Class Series geared toward our clients

• 1 “postpartum support services” visit (see description in “add-on services” list)

“Bells and Whistles” Package

Includes:

• Everything in the “Whistles” package

• 1 In-home lactation consult with IBCLC

• 6 “postpartum support services” visits (see description in “add-on services” list)

Other Services:

Interconception/Preconception Visit

Includes any or all of the following:

• Preconception counseling

• History and Physical

• Collecting blood/urine for relevant labwork

• Collecting Pap Test according to recommended guidelines 

• IUD removal

Concurrent Midwifery/OB Care

Includes:

• Concurrent care - you see an OB who you will deliver with in the hospital (or you begin care with them at 36 weeks), but you also have prenatal/postpartum care with a midwife to benefit from the individualized care of the midwifery model. 

• Initial visit with history and physical

• Prenatal visits in your home, lasting up to 1 hour each

• Labor support in the hospital (optional)

• Postpartum home visits at 24-48 hours, 1 week, and 6 weeks

Concurrent Care WITH labor support: $3500

Concurrent care WITHOUT labor support $2500

Postpartum Ceremony (at 6 weeks pp)

Includes:

• Birth Review

• Binding ceremony:

• Abdominal massage, 

• Sacred music

• 7-point wrapping

• Verbal affirmations/blessings

Wellness circle 3rd Tues each month- support for pregnant and nursing moms, come as you are and receive love and encouragement for this challenging journey (free)
